What We Offer

Wee Cubs 

Ages: 2 - 3  year olds

Tuesdays • 10:15 AM • 45 minutes • Parent Participation Required

A fun introduction to movement through jumping, rolling, climbing, balancing, swinging, and play! With music, creative activities, and obstacle courses, children build coordination, strength, balance, body awareness, and confidence while learning how to explore and move their bodies.

Cubs

Ages: 3 -4 year olds

Teacher Recommendation Required Tuesdays -  10:15am or 5:30  Thursdays - 4:15  45 minutes.

Perfect for independent 3–4-year-olds ready to explore movement on their own! Through fun themes, music, and creative activities, children practice jumping, climbing, balancing, rolling, and more while building coordination, confidence, independence, and body awareness.

Kinder Cubs 

Ages: 4 - 5 year olds

Tuesdays - 10:15am, 4:15 or 6:45 Thursdays -  5:30 1 hour Class

Designed to help children transition from our Preschool Program into our School Age Program, this class builds a strong foundation through movement, play, and exploration. Children develop strength, coordination, balance, body awareness, and confidence while being introduced to foundational skills like handstands, cartwheels, and more.

Gymnastics 101

Ages: 6 & up

Tuesdays – 4:15, 5:30 or 6:45Thursdays –  4:15, 5:30 & 6:45

Perfect for beginners ready to build confidence through movement! Athletes will build confidence while learning fundamental gymnastics skills like rolls, cartwheels, handstands, bridges, and introductory vault, bars, and beam in a fun, encouraging environment.

Gymnastics 102

Ages: 6 & up (Instructor Recommendation Required)

Tuesday – 6:45  1 Hour Class

Designed for intermediate gymnasts who are ready to build on their Gymnastics 101 skills. Athletes will develop stronger technique and learn more advanced skills such as round-offs, bridge kickovers, back handsprings, and higher-level vault, bars, and beam progressions.

SMG Tumbling & Cheer 101

Ages: 6 & up

Mondays – 4:15, 5:30 or 6:45
1 Hour Class

Perfect for beginner cheerleaders and tumblers! Athletes will build strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence while learning cheer motions, jumps, stunting, and foundational tumbling skills like handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, and walkovers.

SMG Tumbling & Cheer 102

Ages: 6 & up (Instructor Recommendation Required)

Monday – 6:45
1 Hour Class

Designed for intermediate athletes ready to advance their tumbling. Students will refine their back handsprings, develop standing back tucks, front handsprings, front tucks, and begin connecting tumbling skills with improved power and technique.

SMG Tumbling & Cheer 103

Ages: 6 & up (Instructor Recommendation Required)

Monday 6:45
1 Hour Class

Our advanced tumbling class focuses on building stronger, more connected skills while improving power, technique, and air awareness. Athletes will continue progressing advanced tumbling combinations in a challenging and supportive environment.

SMG Hot Shots & Devo Pre-Team

Ages: 3 & up (Invitation Only)

Mondays – 4:00 or 5:30
1½ Hour Class

Our Pre-Team program is designed for talented young gymnasts who are ready to take the next step toward competitive gymnastics. Athletes develop strong fundamentals, proper technique, strength, and confidence while preparing for placement on one of our competitive teams.

SMG Xcel & Optional Gymnastics Team

Ages: By Invitation or Evaluation

Monday 4-8

Wednesday 4-7

Friday 4-8

Our competitive team program offers athletes the opportunity to train, compete, and reach their full potential in a positive, challenging environment. With Tennessee State and Regional Champions, USAG-registered coaches, and a FREE 3-week trial, gymnasts build advanced skills while competing in 7–8 meets each season, including State and Regional Championships.
